I'm a mesh body addict!

I'm back, with a new computer and a renewed desire to showcase all gorgeous creations that SL has to offer!

First order of business when I returned was updating my avatar and checking out a few fairs. It's been a slow start, but now that I'm back in the swing of things - I am definitely a mesh body addict!

The Kitely Experiment

Have you ever tried another virtual world besides SL? I've tried a few and right now I'm checking out another one that seems promising.

Kitely is not new - its been around for a few years from what I can gather - but its a neat idea with different structures and the easy ability to obtain your own sim, to create your own world!

And now, I'm on a mission to figure out how to export my creations to Kitely, to see if I can make a decent looking avatar there, and to see what places I can explore! Wish me luck!

Fairs, blogging and creations!

Today was good, but long and now I am off to bed earlier than expected. However - I did get to the Depraved Nation's Voodoo Fashion Fair although I haven't opened any of my goodies yet - SL Unearthed blog will likely showcase that tomorrow! Also, Jenneh Thursday and I finally decided on our hunt item for the SL Unearthed Big Things Small Packages hunt! Exciting!

I'm still poking around with some petite designs for that, but I have a good idea of what I want to make (and the mesh/sculpties all ready set up and ready to be textured) - but I have to adjust some of my Photoshop doodads to compensate for the size of the petite avis and then all the creation magic will happen! WOO!

While I was considering what I could toy around with in the meantime (because my attention span is just too short to spend hours and hours in a file on one particular thing), a friend of mine asked for a red brocade version of the black corset I made, AND I ran across a design idea that I'd like to try for another modified corset. Cross your fingers that it turns out the way I'd like if you're a fan of the BG Feline corsets that I've made! - Check out the >> Arbitrary << blog or my Flickr Feed for info on how to nab this new (and reasonably priced) design.

Back with a Vengeance!

Okay! So, I got some RL stuff sorted and I'm finding a bit more time (and patience) to be in SL. That said, I'm trying to keep it fairly casual, although I'm having loads of fun finding all the great things that have been created while I've been gone! I'm also trying to be more flexible and open in my avatar, and so, I've been having lots of fun with some furries and petites!

I really enjoy the changes and fun that setting up an unconventional avatar brings to the table! (and I love all the possible mods!). 

But seeing all this awesome stuff, gives me the itch to create - but impossible to stick to one genre of creation - to share that with everyone though, I've created >> Arbitrary << because its very likely that any creation that gets up there will, indeed, feel rather arbitrary! The blog for the shop (marketplace only at the moment) is here, and I've just released my first item, which is a simple mod to the default Galaxian Blue Feline avatar mesh tank top (that turns it into a cute and sexy corset). 

If I'm not in world, you can always send me a message - they come to my email - and I'll almost assuredly be online on Monday evenings from 5-7SLT for my DJ set at Club Amaranth with my bestie and hostess Jenneh Thursday. 

I've also been trying to share more on the SL Unearthed blog, and Jenneh and I are planning a Petites specific hunt in September. Check out the SLU page for details and an app. (Also, that may be why I'm in world more.. Jenn's trap worked!).

The Gah!

Okay, so I'm still around. I know, I know, its been forever.

I'm working though some issues with Linden Labs and the Audra Siemens avatar - and until that's all cleared up, I'm hanging out on Audra (resident) for the duration. It could be a while before Audra Siemens is back up and running, although Linden Labs is doing a lot to help with that, so kudos to them.

That said, while I wait - I won't be idle.

I am back to DJing on Audra at Club Amaranth, or the other clubs on the Amarantha region every Monday at 5pm SLT. Its so much fun and I'm so glad to be back!

I'm also blogging for SL Unearthed - a fun blog with lots of great bloggers. You know me, blogging hunt items, great finds and awesome freebies. I'm excited to share!

That, and I've started thinking about creating another shop... which I know, has been complete drama and insanity in the past. But this time, I think I've found what I've needed. More to come on that later though... surprise!

Lots of updates for stuff!

I am excited! Excited, and rushed, but I'm still excited!

Lots of things are going on with me lately in the realm of Second Lfe - one of which being a buttload of new releases that I'm hoping to get out for .: Kerosin :.. We're also participating in two hunts - the SL Unearthed "Unthemed" hunt and the Veterans Day Hunt, both in November!

In other news, I bought a sim, and am still sort of deciding what to do with it! For now, I've put out some houses and whatnot, so if you're looking for a space, retail or commercial, hit me up and I'll see what I can do.

The SL Unearthed blog is in full swing as well, which is loads of fun and I love the great posts by the bloggers there. I can't wait to see what they'll do next!

AAAAND finally... I'm working on porting over my "Audra's Giant List of Designer Freebies" from in-world to a static page on this blog, so its easier to find in one central location - although I'll still be handing out the notecard in world for those that would like it!
